(formerly known as Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the Company) successfully issued the Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. 2024 Seventh Short-term Financing Bonds on November 18, 2024. The issuance amount of this short-term financing bond was 4 billion RMB, with a face interest rate of 1.93%, a maturity of 1 year, and a redemption date of November 18, 2025.
