The United States ITC issues final ruling on Section 337 of ink cartridges and their components II.

On November 17th, the United States International Trade Commission announced that a partial final ruling was made on certain ink cartridges and components II under section 337, and that the initial ruling made by the administrative judge on September 15th, 2025 will not be reviewed. On June 12th, 2025, the United States International Trade Commission voted to initiate a section 337 investigation on certain ink cartridges and their components II.
