According to the Qi Cha Cha APP, recently, Jerry Clean Energy Co., Ltd. was established with Xie Meng as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: gas operations; mineral resource exploration; onshore oil and gas extraction; power generation, power transmission, power supply, etc. Equity penetration data from Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Jerry Group.
