Bolivia hit by heavy rainfall, at least 6 people missing.

On November 17th local time, the Bolivian local government reported that heavy rainfall in the eastern provinces, including Santa Cruz, caused rivers to overflow and secondary disasters such as floods. Currently, 6 people are missing and infrastructure has been severely damaged.
