Chuan Yi Co., Ltd.: Completion of controlling shareholder agreement transfer, change of control rights

Chuanyi Co., Ltd. announced that the company's direct controlling shareholder Four-Link Group and indirect controlling shareholder Yufu Holdings have agreed to transfer their 98.84 million shares and 54.66 million shares of the company to China Machinery Instrument Corporation. This transfer transaction has obtained regulatory confirmation from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and a "Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation" from the Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., with the transfer date set for November 14, 2025. After the transfer is completed, the company's controlling shareholder will change from Four-Link Group to China Machinery Instrument Corporation, and the actual controller will change from the Chongqing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to the China Machinery Group.
