Shanghai Electric stated on the interactive platform that the company has participated in several domestic and international first-of-its-kind and major engineering projects in the field of controllable nuclear fusion products. These projects include the domestic first burning plasma fusion energy experimental device BEST, the world's largest magnetic confinement tokamak fusion experimental reactor device in the international ITER project, the world's first all-superconducting non-circular cross-section tokamak experimental device EAST "East Super Loop," the national major technology infrastructure project CRAFT for controllable nuclear fusion, the only operating high-temperature superconducting tokamak device HH70 in the world, and the world's first compact spherical torus hydrogen-boron fusion experimental device EXL-50. Recently, the magnet cold test dewar device jointly produced by Shanghai Electric and the Institute of Plasma Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences successfully arrived at the ITER International Organization site in Cadarache, France. The magnet cold test dewar device is 22.16 meters long, 10.5 meters wide, 6.01 meters high, and weighs a total of 330 tons. It is a super-large vacuum container designed specifically for performing performance tests on superconducting magnets in ultra-low temperature environments. It is also the first low-temperature barrier and core equipment for performance verification of superconducting magnet systems.
