Zhixin Finance and Economics APP news, derivative group (06893.HK) announced that as of the six months ending on September 30, 2025, the group is expected to have a comprehensive net loss of approximately HK$19.20 million, a decrease of over 47% from the comprehensive net loss of the six months ending on September 30, 2024. The expected decrease in comprehensive net loss is mainly due to an increase in gross profit of approximately HK$4 million during this period compared to the same period ending on September 30, 2024, mainly due to the group's implementation of stricter cost control measures; and a decrease in administrative and other operating expenses of approximately HK$5.4 million, mainly due to reductions in employee costs and legal fees.
