Wisdom Finance and Economics APP News, China Resources Land (01109.HK) announced that the allocation of China Resources Vientiane Life (01209) shares has been completed and will be implemented on November 17, 2025. The allocation agent has successfully allocated a total of 49.5 million shares at a price of HK$41.70 per share to no fewer than six underwriters, accounting for approximately 2.17% of the total issued shares of China Resources Vientiane Life held by the company as of the date of the allocation agreement.
