Kigreat Culture Group (00419.HK): completed the issuance of a total of 638 million subscription shares.

Update from the Wise Finance APP, Hongyi Culture Group (00419.HK) announced that, as all the prerequisites in the subscription agreement have been met, the completion was carried out on November 17, 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. The Company, in accordance with the general authorization, issued and allocated a total of 638 million subscription shares to the subscriber at a subscription price of HK$0.039 per share, representing (i) approximately 4.70% of the Company's issued share capital immediately before the completion; and (ii) approximately 4.49% of the Company's issued share capital after the issuance and allocation of the subscription shares.
