On November 17, Li Shufu, the CEO and executive director of Geely Automotive Holdings Limited, stated at the third-quarter performance meeting: "Currently, from a legal perspective, there are no obstacles to the delisting of Caocao and the merger with Geely Automotive, and the process is underway. It is expected that under normal circumstances, the overall integration work will be completed by the end of this year."
