The audited comprehensive net profit for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2024 was approximately 96.4 million yuan. The decrease was mainly due to a significant decrease in school-related supply chain business income and comprehensive education service income of approximately 37 million yuan and 14.1 million yuan, respectively, as well as a decrease in expected credit losses on financial guarantee contracts in other income and losses of approximately 34.9 million yuan.
