Ministry of Finance: From January to October, the national government fund budget expenditure was 808.92 billion yuan, an increase of 15.4% year-on-year. In terms of central and local governments, the central government fund budget level expenditure was 856.4 billion yuan, an increase of 2.2 times year-on-year; local government fund budget expenditure was 723.28 billion yuan, an increase of 7.3%, of which the expenditure related to the income from the transfer of state-owned land use rights was 33.752 billion yuan, a decrease of 6.5% year-on-year.
