Da You Energy announced that its shareholder Yi Hai Energy has pledged 60 million shares of the company, accounting for 11.06% of its holdings and 2.51% of the total shares of the company. The pledge started on November 14, 2025, with China Aviation International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. as the pledgee for the purpose of daily operations. After this pledge, Yi Hai Energy has pledged a total of 261 million shares, accounting for 48.11% of its total holdings.
