Greentech Micro: Appoints Chen Jie as Vice President of the Company.

Geko Micro announced on November 17th that the company held the seventeenth meeting of the second board of directors on November 15th, 2025, and approved the "Proposal on Appointment of Senior Management of the Company." The board agreed to appoint Chen Jie as the Vice President of the company, with a term from the date of approval by the board of directors until the expiration of the term of the second board of directors.
