Shuifa Natural Gas Co., Ltd. (603318.SH) intends to publicly list for transfer the 100% equity of Yi Chuan Shuifa Natural Gas and related debts.

Wisdom Finance APP, Shuifa Gas (603318.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shuifa New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shuifa New Energy") plans to transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Yichuan Shuifa Gas Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yichuan Shuifa") and all the company's debts to Yichuan Shuifa through public listing. The base price for the 100% equity of Yichuan Shuifa is 4.3729 million yuan, and the base price for all the debts of Yichuan Shuifa held by the company is 30.9569 million yuan, with a total listing price of not less than 35.3298 million yuan.
