Ministry of Commerce: Anti-dumping duties will continue to be imposed on imported n-propanol originating in the United States in accordance with the scope of taxed products and rates announced in Announcement No. 46 of the Ministry of Commerce in 2020.

Announcement No. 74 of the Ministry of Commerce in 2025 is hereby made, initiating a final review investigation on the anti-dumping measures applicable to imported n-propanol originating in the United States. In accordance with the recommendation of the Ministry of Commerce, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council has decided to continue imposing anti-dumping duties on imported n-propanol originating in the United States during the final review investigation period, based on the scope of taxed products and tax rates announced in Announcement No. 46 of the Ministry of Commerce in 2020.
