Today, as the 55302 test EMU train gradually departed from Xi'an North Station and headed towards Yan'an Station for testing the train operation diagram parameters, it marked the official transition of the Xi'an-Yan'an high-speed railway from the joint debugging and test phase to the trial operation phase, and the entire line is entering the countdown to opening for operation. The Xi'an-Yan'an high-speed railway is the first high-speed railway in the revolutionary old area of northern Shaanxi, forming a north-south passage together with the under-construction Xi'an-Chongqing high-speed railway. After the line is completed and put into operation, the travel time from Xi'an to Yan'an will be shortened from the current 2 and a half hours to about 1 hour, which is of great significance for further improving and optimizing the layout of the national high-speed railway network and serving the revitalization of the revolutionary old areas and rural areas.
