Yum China: Striving to surpass 10 billion yuan in KFC operating profit in 2028

On November 17th, during the 2025 Investor Day event, Yum China revealed that looking ahead, by 2028, KFC plans to increase its total number of stores by about one-third to over 17,000, and achieve a high single-digit annual compound growth rate in system sales between 2026 and 2028. At the same time, they aim to break through 10 billion yuan in operating profit by 2028.
