The State Administration for Market Regulation is promoting the inclusion of high-quality health food products that reflect the characteristics of traditional Chinese culture in the operation categories of duty-free shops at expanded border crossings, duty-free shops at entry ports, and duty-free shops in the city. According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, health food products sold in duty-free shops should obtain registration certificates or filing certificates in accordance with the law. For the sale of health food and other special foods, food business licenses should also be obtained in accordance with the law, or only prepackaged food products should be filed for sale.
