Due to the influence of a strong cold air mass, it is expected that on the afternoon of November 17, the southern part of the East China Sea will experience waves of 2 to 3.5 meters in height; the coastal waters of Shanghai and Zhejiang will see waves of 1.5 to 2.8 meters in height, with a blue alert level for waves in coastal waters.
