Shi Yongxin has been indicted/arrested

Shi Yongxin, the former abbot of the Shaolin Temple in Mount Song, is suspected of embezzlement and other crimes. The case has been filed for investigation by the public security organs in Xinxiang City designated by the Henan Provincial Public Security Department. The Xinxiang City Public Security Bureau has requested approval from the Xinxiang City People's Procuratorate for the arrest. Recently, the Xinxiang City People's Procuratorate approved the arrest of Shi Yongxin on charges of embezzlement, misappropriation of funds, and accepting bribes as a non-state functionary.
