Shanghai launches the first "AI + Barrier-Free Film and Television" demonstration project in the country.

On the afternoon of November 14th, the "Dream Weaving with Technology, Love without Barriers-2025 Technology Accessibility Film and Television Theme Event" hosted by the Shanghai Disability Culture and Sports Promotion Center was held at the Shanghai Book City. Through the exhibition of blind AI visual works, scene drama performances, and expert roundtable discussions, the event showcased the innovative practices of AI in promoting accessible cultural construction. It marked the official launch of the nation's first comprehensive demonstration project of "AI + accessible film and television", demonstrating how technology can help people with disabilities break through limitations and achieve artistic expression and pursuit of dreams.
