On November 14th, Minister of Ecology and Environment Huang Runqiu presided over a meeting of the Ministry's executive committee, reviewing and giving preliminary approval to four ecological and environmental standards, including the "13th Five-Year Plan" for national groundwater environmental quality monitoring points, the list of hazardous waste exclusion management, the environmental impact assessment report and site safety analysis report of the first phase of the Laiyang Nuclear Power Plant in Shandong, the "China Ecological Environment Statistical Yearbook 2024", and the emission limits and measurement methods for motorcycle pollutants.
