According to the Wisdom Finance APP, on November 13th, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice of Filing for Overseas Issuance and Listing of Unlisted Shares of Hansi Aitai Biomedical Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. and Full Circulation of Domestic Unlisted Shares". The company plans to issue up to 21,069,700 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Fifteen shareholders of the company intend to convert a total of 117,897,830 unlisted shares held domestically into overseas listed shares, and list them for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
