Smart Finance APP News, Tian Anzheng (00383.HK) announced that on November 13, 2025 (after trading hours), the principal entrusted Kunming Tongren Hospital Co., Ltd. (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and contractor Zhejiang Shun Jie Construction Group Co., Ltd. signed a decoration engineering agreement for the decoration and renovation of the second phase of Kunming Tongren Hospital (including the decoration and renovation of the Thyroid Center, Comprehensive Inpatient Building, and Rehabilitation Medical Building), with a consideration of 130 million yuan.
