Overseas Chinese Town Group A announced that in October 2025, the company's contracted sales area was 91,000 square meters, a decrease of 62% year-on-year but an increase of 16% month-on-month; the sales amount was 13.0 billion yuan, a decrease of 57% year-on-year but an increase of 20% month-on-month. From January to October, the cumulative sales area was 984,000 square meters, a decrease of 26% year-on-year; the sales amount was 145.5 billion yuan, a decrease of 27% year-on-year. There was no new land acquired in October. In terms of cultural tourism business, the company's cultural tourism enterprises received 7.46 million visitors in October, a 7% decrease year-on-year; from January to October, it received 67.01 million visitors, a 2% decrease, mainly due to a decline in consumption during some holiday activities.
