Da Long Real Estate: Chairman Li Wenjiang resigns due to job transfer.

On November 13th, Long Real Estate announced that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from the Chairman of the Board, Li Wenjiang. Due to job changes, Li Wenjiang resigned from positions as a director and Chairman of the Company. After his resignation, Li Wenjiang will not hold any other position in the company. The above resignation takes effect from the date the resignation report is delivered to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors elected company director Zhao Changsong to act as Chairman until a new Chairman is elected.
