Beijing and Hong Kong join hands to establish "seaborne service stations", AI companies have exclusive access.
On November 12th, the 28th Beijing-Hong Kong Business Cooperation Fair Technology Session and the 8th "Beijing-Hong Kong Youth Entrepreneurship Cup" Entrepreneurship Competition Finals were held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. The event was themed "Beijing-Hong Kong Cooperation, Sharing New Opportunities for Going Global". Several cooperation agreements were signed on site, and 8 outstanding entrepreneurial projects won awards in the finals. During the signing ceremony, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Zhongguancun Management Committee, and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council renewed the "Memorandum of Understanding on Deepening Beijing-Hong Kong Science and Technology Collaborative Innovation Cooperation", aiming to provide a smoother path for Beijing-Hong Kong technology companies to expand internationally. Zhang Jihong, Director of the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Zhongguancun Management Committee, announced the establishment of the "Zhongguancun Artificial Intelligence Enterprise Overseas Service Station" to support excellent technology companies in exploring overseas markets. This initiative will provide more precise services for companies going global. The Hong Kong SAR Government has integrated Hong Kong's overseas offices, including the Invest Hong Kong, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and Hong Kong offices in the mainland, to form the "Mainland Enterprise Overseas Special Team" to actively attract companies interested in expanding overseas business. Through Hong Kong's platform, they aim to bring high-quality international capital into Hong Kong.
