Chevron CEO Mike Wirth said that next year, the increase in oil supply by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its allies will continue to put pressure on crude oil prices, while liquefied natural gas prices may fall later in this decade. Wirth said, "In 2026, oil prices may face greater pressure than liquefied natural gas prices. OPEC+ countries have been limiting supply before, but now there is a lot of oil supply returning."
