The G7 foreign ministers' meeting will be held in the Niagara region of Ontario, Canada from the 11th to the 12th of local time. The Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the meeting will provide an opportunity to advance urgent global economic and security challenges, including maritime security and prosperity, economic resilience, energy security, and critical minerals. Canadian Foreign Minister Anand had previously stated that the meeting will discuss issues such as the Russia-Ukraine ceasefire and the Gaza ceasefire agreement.
