On November 11, Chitianhua announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guizhou Anjia Mining Co., Ltd., and the mine director Yin Yang, received an "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the Guizhou Bureau of State Administration of Work Safety recently for violating safety regulations. Anjia Mining was ordered to suspend production for 3 days and fined a total of 740,000 yuan.
