On November 11th, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission held a special teleconference to study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The Party Secretary and Director of the Commission, Li Yunze, delivered a speech at the conference.
