Ukraine accuses Russia of attacking energy facilities, causing power outages in multiple areas for 24 hours.
On the 11th local time, the Ukrainian Ministry of Energy released a report stating that Russia launched attacks on energy infrastructure in the Kharkiv, Odessa, and Donetsk regions. As a result, most of Ukraine experienced a 24-hour power outage. According to a Ukrainian energy company, after the Russian military shelling ended in the early morning, about 14,500 people in the Odessa region remained without electricity. However, the company stated, "We have restored power to critical infrastructure and some houses through backup plans, and provided electricity to 1,600 households."
