After the update on November 11th, the website of the Changbaishan Protection and Development Zone Management Committee of Jilin Province showed that Yang Wenhui has been appointed as the Secretary of the Changbaishan Party Working Committee and the Director of the Management Committee. He has previously served as the Deputy Secretary of the Songyuan Municipal Committee, and the Secretary of the Party Committee of Qian Gorlos Mongolian Autonomous County.
