The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Notice on Further Accelerating the Systematic Layout and High-level Construction of Manufacturing Industry Trial Platforms". It proposes to, in accordance with the "Guidelines for the Construction of Manufacturing Industry Trial Platforms" and the "Key Points for the Construction of Key Directions for Manufacturing Industry Trial Platforms", promote the development of trial platforms with a focus on the public service nature and functions, clarify the construction path, and systematically promote the development of trial platforms. The "Guidelines for the Construction of Manufacturing Industry Trial Platforms" mentions promoting the construction of innovative basic infrastructure such as whole machine equipment, core systems, and key component product test verification lines, enhancing the capabilities of testing evaluation, adaptation verification, extreme environment verification, and other services, supporting the trial verification of major national technological innovations, and promoting breakthroughs in key areas such as power equipment, agricultural machinery equipment, aviation equipment, robots, instrumentation, industrial mother machines, intelligent connected new energy vehicles, rail transit equipment, ships and marine engineering equipment, medical equipment, safety emergency and environmental protection equipment, water-saving equipment, and core basic components.
