Zhitong Financial APP News, HERALD HOLD (00114) announced that the Group expects the net profit attributable to shareholders for the six months ended September 30, 2025 to be in the range of HK$42 million to HK$47 million (for the six months ended September 30, 2024: HK$27.2 million). This change is mainly due to a net profit of approximately HK$13 million from realized and unrealized gains on trading securities (for the six months ended September 30, 2024: HK$10 million), and a one-time tax-excluded profit of approximately HK$15 million from the sale of two pieces of land in Shanghai.
