Wu Jialai has taken over as the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Guizhou Energy Bureau, and his predecessor Chen Hua has been transferred to the Maotai Group.

The official website of the Energy Bureau of Guizhou Province recently updated to show that Wu Jialai has been appointed as the Party Secretary of the Energy Bureau of Guizhou Province, and will be in charge of the overall work of the bureau. Wu Jialai, male, of the Dong ethnic group, was born in December 1974 and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He previously served as the Deputy Director and Party Committee Member of the Emergency Management Department of Guizhou Province. In the pre-announcement by the Organization Department of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee in early November, Wu Jialai was proposed to be appointed as the head of a provincial unit. The former Party Secretary and Director of the Guizhou Energy Bureau, Chen Hua, has been transferred to the Party Secretary and Chairman of Maotai Group.
