According to data from the United States branch of the Comprehensive Real Estate Agency, a total of 65 transactions were recorded in 35 large estates in Hong Kong in the past week, a slight decrease of about 4.4% compared to the previous week's 68 transactions. However, the number of transactions is still higher than the average trading level this year.
