Guangzhou Automobile Group and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL) signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement.

On November 10th, GAC Group and CATL officially signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, GAC Group and CATL will engage in long-term cooperation for ten years, fully leveraging their respective advantages in intelligent manufacturing, technology, resources, and markets, to jointly build a systemic ecosystem and a new pattern of coordinated development. In terms of specific cooperation, both parties will strengthen research and development cooperation in the fields of intelligent chassis and battery swapping, to help GAC's passenger car brands create competitive new energy vehicle products. In addition, both parties will engage in long-term and in-depth cooperation in business areas such as battery leasing and joint station construction.
