Guiyang Bank: Yu Rui resigns as Director

Guiyang Bank announced on November 10th that the Board of Directors received the resignation report from the proposed director, Yu Rui, on November 10, 2025. Yu Rui proposed to resign from the position of director due to work reasons. The resignation will take effect when the resignation report is delivered to the Board of Directors. After resigning, Yu Rui will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
