On November 3, the 8th China Enterprise Forum Foreign Entrepreneurs Dialogue was held in Beijing. Li Zhen, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, attended and delivered a speech. Brge Brende, President and CEO of the World Economic Forum, delivered a video speech. Li Zhen pointed out that with the acceleration of the century-old changes, enterprises as key players in the global economy must take on the responsibility, innovate to reshape growth momentum, and effectively address various external uncertainties with certainty of high-quality development. He emphasized that the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council will steadfastly implement the policy guidance of "give as much as you can, give as much as you can", continuously support central enterprises in optimizing technology innovation mechanisms, improving incentive and restraint systems, and fully building an open, inclusive, and vibrant innovation ecosystem. He stated that state-owned enterprises are willing to continue to work hand in hand with global partners to jointly write a new chapter of high-quality development based on openness, inclusiveness, and mutual benefit through high-level technological innovation, and create a better future for the prosperous development of the global economy.
