National Anti-Drug Office: Remind relevant enterprises and individuals to guard against the loss of drug-making materials, unlisted chemicals that can be used to make drugs, and equipment.
In order to strengthen the control of drug-making materials in accordance with the law, the Office of the National Narcotics Control Commission issued a notice to the whole society on November 10th, entitled "Notice on Preventing the Loss of Drug-making Materials and Unlisted Chemicals and Equipment". The notice consists of thirteen articles, involving provisions on drug-making material crimes, accomplices in drug-making, tax evasion crimes, smuggling crimes, online information dissemination, anti-money laundering and foreign exchange management in the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, the Narcotics Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Regulations on the Management of Chemicals Easily Made into Drugs, as well as requirements for postal companies, express delivery companies, logistics companies, international freight agents, and other units and individuals to prevent drug-related illegal activities. It reminds relevant enterprises and individuals to comply with relevant national laws and regulations when engaging in business activities, to prevent legal risks abroad, and to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises and citizens.
