Zhongheng Design: Some directors and senior executives plan to collectively reduce their holdings of the company by not more than 0.55% of the shares.

Zhongheng Design announced on November 10th that the company's director and vice general manager, Lu Xuejun, director Zhang Yancheng, vice general manager Hu Xiangming, vice general manager Xue Jinhai, vice general manager Tan Lihua, vice general manager and secretary of the board Hu Yixin proposed to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding, with a total of no more than 1.5157 million shares, accounting for no more than 0.55% of the company's total share capital.
