On November 10, Super Yingtian Electronics announced that the company held the thirtieth meeting of the first board of directors to review and pass the resolution of "Proposal on Confirming the Cancellation of the Board of Supervisors, Revision of Company Articles and Some Corporate Governance Systems", confirming the cancellation of the Board of Supervisors, abolishment of the "Meeting Rules of the Board of Supervisors of Super Yingtian Electronics Circuit Co., Ltd.", revision of the "Articles of Association of Super Yingtian Electronics Circuit Co., Ltd." and "Meeting Rules of Shareholders' Meeting of Super Yingtian Electronics Circuit Co., Ltd." and other company governance systems. The resolution will take effect from the date on which the Proposal on the Election of Directors and Election of the Second Board of Directors Non-employee Representatives is approved by the shareholders' meeting.
