Distinguished minister Health: The controlling shareholder and some directors intend to reduce their shareholding by no more than 3.27%.

The famous minister, Jiankang, announced that recently he received a notice from the controlling shareholder, actual controller Chen Qinfar, and directors and senior executives Peng Xiaoqing and Chen Dongsong regarding their reduction of holdings. Chen Qinfar holds 35.02% of the shares and plans to reduce no more than 7.9 million shares from December 2, 2025 to March 1, 2026 through centralized bidding or block trading; Peng Xiaoqing holds 0.59% of the shares and plans to reduce no more than 390,000 shares; Chen Dongsong holds 0.48% of the shares and plans to reduce no more than 320,000 shares. The reduction is due to personal funding needs, and this reduction will not result in a change in the company's control.
