Superwin Electronics announced that on November 10, 2025, the board of directors of the company approved a proposal to invest approximately 1.468 billion RMB in the construction of an AI computing power advanced printed circuit board expansion project in the 304 Industrial Park in Pathum Thani Province, Thailand through its wholly-owned subsidiary Superwin Thailand. The project has a construction period of 12 months and is currently in the preliminary preparation stage, pending approval from the shareholders' meeting and government departments. The project is in line with the company's strategy and is beneficial for expanding production scale, but it faces risks such as macroeconomic environment and raw material prices.
