China Building Materials (03323) announced that the company plans to issue China Building Materials Co., Ltd. 2025 Science and Innovation Corporate Bonds (Third Tranche) publicly to professional investors on November 12, 2025 (T day) to November 13, 2025 (T+1 day). The total issuance amount of this series of bonds will not exceed 3 billion yuan (including 3 billion yuan). This series of bonds is divided into two types, with a term of 3 years for type one and 5 years for type two. The funds raised will be used to repay interest-bearing debts.
