The increase person plans to increase by no less than 100 million yuan and no more than 200 million yuan within 6 months, with the increase not exceeding 2% of the total share capital. By the end of the implementation period of the increase plan on November 9, 2025, the increase person has cumulatively increased by 10,896,888 shares, accounting for 1.29% of the total share capital, with an increase amount of 100 million yuan. After the increase, the total shareholding of the increase person accounts for 31.98% of the total share capital. This increase complies with relevant regulations, exempt from a tender offer, and the company has fulfilled its information disclosure obligations.
