On November 10th, Li Chunlin, Deputy Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, stated at the State Council's routine policy briefing that in order to accelerate the cultivation and opening of new scenarios and promote their large-scale application, it is necessary to grasp some key important principles in the work promotion. This includes ensuring that China's advantage of having a large-scale market and rich application scenarios are fully utilized, while also taking into account the new characteristics reflected by the scenarios themselves, and fully considering the systematic, complex, and arduous nature of promoting this work. The implementation of the "Guidelines for Accelerating the Cultivation and Opening of Scenarios to Promote the Large-scale Application of New Scenarios" should focus on six key words: innovation leadership, reform promotion, tailor-made solutions, safety and order, systematic advancement, and integrated development.
