The main leaders of the National Energy Administration went to Gansu Province to conduct research on targeted assistance work.

On November 7th, Wang Hongzhi, the Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the National Energy Administration, led a team to Qingshui County and Tongwei County in Gansu Province to carry out targeted assistance and rural revitalization special investigations. Wang Hongzhi and his team visited Baituo Village in Baituo Town, Qingshui County, and Menghe Village in Pingxiang Town, Tongwei County. They promoted the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, researched the development of local new energy and characteristic industries, conducted on-site inspections of assistance product production workshops and e-commerce platforms, and visited and extended condolences to dispatched cadres. Wang Hongzhi emphasized the need to deeply study and understand the important speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee with a high sense of political responsibility. Building on the good practices and experiences in targeted assistance work during the 14th Five-Year Plan, explore and innovate assistance measures, strengthen development-based assistance, and continue to carry out comprehensive and normalized assistance in employment, consumption, education, training, and other areas to further improve the effectiveness of assistance. Wang Hongzhi encouraged dispatched cadres in Gansu to carry forward a good work style, root themselves at the grassroots, serve the people, and complete all assistance tasks with high quality.
